Each potential winner will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a declaration of compliance within five days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim his or her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to submit the declaration of compliance within the required time period, if applicable, or prizes returned are undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If the potential winner is 18 but still considered a minor here in this jurisdiction and/or cannot prove that they are actual homeowners of a property that they own as their primary residence, as investment properties and commercial buildings are not eligible for this drawing.
